May Day Sock

I was invited to join the May Day Sock Swap by Lynne who is co-hosting this event with our own Alabama Knitblogger's Mom, Emily :)


With the help of a local knitbud, Anna (who, BTW, is new to the blogging world), I chose the "scrolls" pattern from More Sensational Knitted Sock book. The yarn is Cherry Tree Hill Superwash Socks in the "blues" colorway.

Once I get a few more inches complete, I'll try to post a better picture. I'm trying something new to me for this project - knitting both at the same time (although I started them separately and moved to the same needle), and also knitting from inside and outside ends of yarn on same ball.
