(Reason for lack of) May Day Update

Remember me saying I was trying something new for this May Day Sock? In case you don't, i'm knitting two at a time from the same ball of yarn - one from the inside end and one from the outside end. I won't do this again... the picture will tell you why:

Hmmmm.... what to do... should I cut the yarn and have some ends to weave in in order to be able to untangle without spending an entire day? Or, continue knitting until the knots are so bad i'm not able to knit more...

Another reason - too many new projects that grab my attention!!!

This is the Lace Ribbon Scarf from the latest issue of Knitty that i'm knitting up in Trekking ProNatura:

I modified this from 5 pattern repeats to 3. It will be plenty wide for a scarf. It looks much better in person than in the picture.
